Pro-active phone calls to some selected customers before and after the policies are issued
a. Before issuing the policy: Customer service staff makes the phone to confirm the information with clients when clients request for a cash loan from current policy to buy a new policy.
b. After the policy is issued:
- Customer Service staff phones to client to congratulate on just issued policy, as well as ask if clients receive and read the content of the policy.
- Customer Service staff phones to client who just buys life insurance in the first year to remind them of on-time premium payment.
- Customer Service staff phones to client to talk about the policy reactivation.
- Customer Service staff phones to client to inform of the new servicing agents assignment and ask about the service provided by new servicing agents if already assigned.
