To continue Manulife’s commitment to support the community in the education sector, this year we proudly launch the "For your future" scholarship program which will support financially disadvantaged pupils as a boost to their schooling.
The “For your future” scholarship program is the next version of the “Bringing dreams to life” scholarship program which was implemented in 2009 and 2010. As an attempt to expand our CSR activities to community through the financial support to give the kids more opportunities to pursue a better future, this “For your future” scholarship program will donate VND 500 million to 500 financially disadvantaged pupils in Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, Da Nang and Ha Noi. This scholarship program is the first collaboration on a CSR initiative between Manulife Vietnam and the Saigon Times Foundation (STF), a prestigious non-profit organization.
This December, the four scholarship granting ceremonies will be rolled out as follows:
